Shipping Information

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped via UPS within 3 business days. For international order shipping requests, please email support@juniperbaby.com.

Please note that as we do not require signatures for deliveries, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Juniper is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.


Returns & Exchanges

Of course, we hope you love your Juniper purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may send it back to us for a credit or refund. Please email support@juniperbaby.com to receive your return authorization and instructions.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. Juniper does not offer exchanges on any merchandise at this time.

Once your order return has been received and approved, we will refund the original form of payment or provide a credit. Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for swimwear and final sale merchandise. Final sale items are noted on their product page. Please note, prices marked in red are returnable for store-credit only.


Sales Tax Information

New Jersey sales tax only will be charged on all orders. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
